I’m Sarah Clements, Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and Founder of Steel HR & Training.

 

I’ve worked in senior HR and leadership positions across multiple industries for over a decade, helping businesses turn challenging people issues into growth and performance. 

 

I create positive, people-first cultures, align and develop leadership and engage teams to drive real momentum – and profit – so your business thrives.

My approach is straightforward, commercial and human: I cut through noise, solve problems and ensure both your business and your people succeed.

I’m also a Non Exec Director in the mental health sector, bringing board-level strategic experience and a people-focused leadership lens.
